| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Shipping and Handling will be charged at £10 for all orders, order to the Non-mainland UK address and the Scottish Highlands may require additional shipping charges (this is normally only required for Paints), we will advise you though before any charges are made. Orders will be dispatched by the most appropiate method, and will require a signature on reciept. For out lying areas we reserve the right to charge delivery at cost, but will always inform you. |
| Delivery Schedule Orders place by 9am Monday morning will be delivered by Friday, and often this delivery time is shorter. When a delay is expected on your order we will inform you by email giving you the option to cancel if you wish. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the price. All other orders are VAT free, this will be deducted when your order is proccessed. |

| Returns Policy Goods maybe returned within 14 days of you recieving your order, and either exchanged or the cost of the item refunded as long as the items are unused, in excellent condition and in there orginal packaging. You are entilled to one free re-shipping of items returned during this period, where the cost of shipping is covered in our normal shipping charges. Items may return after 14 days out our discretion, but will be subject to a re stocking charge. |
